These terms govern your use of Tulli.io. We have written them to be readable, not intimidating. Please read them — they cover important things like what Tulli.io is (and is not), what providers agree to when claiming a profile, and how subscriptions work.
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tulli.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tulli.io or create an account. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and healthcare providers who use Tulli.io. TULLIIO LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2What Tulli.io Is
Tulli.io is an online directory of licensed healthcare providers sourced from the federal National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) registry. We help patients find providers and help providers manage their public directory profiles. Tulli.io is a directory service only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not facilitate appointments, referrals, or clinical care. Nothing on this site should be construed as a recommendation to see any particular provider or as medical guidance of any kind. Inclusion in the Tulli.io directory does not constitute endorsement, verification, recommendation, or ranking by TULLIIO LLC. Search results and provider listings are not quality signals. Paid profiles do not reflect clinical merit. We do not independently verify all provider information. Provider data sourced from NPPES is public federal data maintained by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We are not affiliated with CMS or NPPES, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of NPPES data.
3For Patients and Visitors
You may search Tulli.io freely without creating an account. By using the search features, you agree to: • Use the site for lawful purposes only • Not attempt to scrape, harvest, or mass-download provider data • Not use the site to harass, stalk, or harm any healthcare provider • Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation Provider information on Tulli.io comes from the federal NPPES registry and from information providers themselves submit. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Always verify a provider's credentials, license status, and insurance acceptance directly before scheduling care.
4For Healthcare Providers
Claiming Your Profile
Any provider with a valid NPI may claim their Tulli.io profile. To claim a profile, you must verify your identity using your name and email address. By claiming a profile, you represent that: • You are the named provider, or are authorized to manage the profile on their behalf • The information you submit is accurate and not misleading • You will keep your profile information reasonably up to date
Subscriptions
Publishing an enriched provider profile on Tulli.io requires a paid subscription at $10/month. An "enriched profile" includes bio, photo, website, languages, telehealth availability, accepted insurance, conditions treated, and keywords — information you add beyond what NPPES provides. Your subscription includes a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription and your payment method will be charged $10/month going forward. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through your provider dashboard. Upon cancellation, your enriched profile will be unpublished at the end of the current billing period. Basic directory information sourced from NPPES will remain visible regardless of subscription status. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Profile Content
You are responsible for all content you submit to your profile. You agree not to submit content that is: • False, misleading, or deceptive • In violation of any applicable law or professional regulation • Defamatory, harassing, or harmful to others • Infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights We reserve the right to remove or unpublish any profile content that violates these terms, without notice.
License Lapses and Inactive Status
Tulli.io performs monthly syncs against the NPPES registry. If your NPI is marked inactive or deactivated in NPPES, your profile will be automatically unpublished and your subscription will be cancelled. This helps ensure directory information remains aligned with federal registry status. We are not responsible for errors or delays in NPPES data that may affect your profile. If you believe this occurred in error, contact us at support@tulli.io.
5Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@tulli.io within 30 days of the charge and we will review your request.
6Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TULLIIO LLC and its members, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: • Content you submit to your provider profile • Your use of or access to Tulli.io • Your violation of these Terms of Service • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right This includes but is not limited to claims arising from provider misrepresentation, inaccurate profile content, or patient reliance on information you have submitted.
7Intellectual Property
The Tulli.io name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of TULLIIO LLC. Provider directory data sourced from NPPES is public federal data. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Tulli.io content without our written permission. You may not use our name or logo without prior consent.
8Disclaimers
TULLI.IO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER LISTED ON TULLI.IO. YOUR USE OF PROVIDER INFORMATION FROM THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
9Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TULLIIO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF TULLI.IO, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR PERSONAL INJURY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Tulli.io shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tulli.io at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using Tulli.io at any time by cancelling your subscription (if applicable) and ceasing use of the site.
